Returns & Refunds
You may return any items within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn/unwashed/unused, and in the original packaging. You as the buyer are responsible for any return shipping.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@blossomandlily.com and we will provide further instructions for processing your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges and recommend that you follow the above instructions to first make a return and then submit a new order for the replacement item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
